Policies

We deliver bulk landscaping materials to residents and businesses located in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Fauquier, Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, Queen Anne’s, and Prince George’s Counties.

Saunders LS, LLC. delivers 38 different products; mulch, topsoil, compost, rock, stone, sand, gravel, and firewood; to the 9 counties throughout Maryland & Virginia listed above. (Not all products are available in all markets.) These products are delivered directly to your driveway. Saunders LS, LLC.’s insurance company only allows for driveway deliveries and driveway deliveries only!! Please specify any delivery instructions with your online order or leave written instructions taped to your front door, regarding where the product should be dropped in your driveway. Feel free to place a tarp down on the driveway but keep in mind that when the truck dumps the width of the pile will be at least 12 feet. If for any reason the delivery can’t be made a return and restock fee will be charged.

Please do not ask the driver to leave the driveway. They can crack or break water lines, gas lines, sprinkler systems and cause damage to septic systems. Soft ground is another problem for these trucks. It can cause ruts and tear up grass, shrubs, or possibly even get stuck. Our drivers are not allowed to leave the driveway and our insurance company allows us to do driveway deliveries only. No exceptions. By placing an order, you authorize Saunders LS, LLC or its authorized agents to drive onto your driveway to deliver the material and you assume any and all responsibility for any damage that may occur during the delivery process. Saunders LS, LLC. specializes in the delivery of bulk landscaping materials. We do not provide any landscape design, installation, or maintenance. We will deliver quality products consistent with what our client orders. However, we cannot guaranty or certify which products should be used for the different and various applications.

Cookies and Other Information Stored on Your Computer

The majority of this site does NOT use the “cookies” that some websites use to gather and store information about your visits to their sites.

Cookies are essentially tokens of information, such as preferences and passwords, which some web servers collect from you when you access them. Those data are stored on your hard drive and not on the web site’s server. Whenever you visit a “cookie” site again, the server looks for its cookie on your hard drive and, if found, then reads the information it stored there. Cookies generally are stored in your browser’s directory or folder in a file named cookie.txt (MagicCookie on a Macintosh).

The Photoshare database includes a shopping cart feature that allows users to select and save photos for up to seven days. The shopping cart uses a cookie to store information about saved photos on the user’s computer. After seven days the file is automatically deleted. No information about the individual user is collected or saved by Saunders Landscape Supply
